A Business Analyst leverages analytics to drive strategic decisions and optimize business performance. Their core function is to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, using data-driven insights to inform and implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Use data analytics tools to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities
Develop business process models and recommend improvements
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
Monitor outcomes and suggest enhancements based on evolving needs

Basic Qualifications:
Mininum 2+ years of work exp. Python, Matlab, Javascript
HS Diploma / GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
